Four months. Four steps. Nothing here is a surprise and nothing here is a trick.

Something I want you to see

None of this is real yet.

That is the whole point.

That poster is for a brownie. There is no tour. There is no next drop. Nobody is lined up outside.

We made it anyway.

Here is why. If we treat this like it is already real, it starts becoming real. People believe what they can see, so we build the thing they can see first, and then we go earn it.

This is what we can make for you, any time you want it. Whatever you can picture, we can put in front of people.

01 September

The ground

  • Your website stops being version one and becomes yours. You say what changes.
  • Instagram and the rest, claimed, connected, and all pointing at one place.
  • Your 250 cards printed and in your hands, in both towns.
  • Both locations on the map. Sonoma County and El Paso, so people in either place know you deliver.

02 October

The machine

  • Your agent answers people in your voice, day and night, even when you are asleep.
  • Content goes out on a schedule instead of whenever you remember.
  • Every message from every app lands in one place, so nothing gets lost.

What changes: it keeps working when you stop.

03 November

The upgrade

  • A real computer. Not the one that makes you wait.
  • The full build. More systems, your content shot properly, the whole thing running.
  • You stop asking me how it works and start telling me what you want.

What changes: you are running it, not watching it.

04 December

Operator

  • You understand what you are looking at, all of it.
  • You can run the whole thing from the phone in your pocket.
  • You can show the next person how.

What changes: nobody has to do this for you again.

What that last word means

Operator is not something you buy.

It is something you become.

The one thing not on the calendar

Believing it is yours.

Everything above is work, and work is easy to put on a calendar. The one thing I cannot schedule is you believing this is actually yours.

Most people cannot do that yet, and that is normal. So in the beginning they borrow it from somebody else.

Borrow mine until then. I have plenty, I am not going to run out, and I am not keeping count.
